COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Horizon Engineers & Contractors (HEC) was formed in 2018. The continued to strive towards becoming a complete multi-disciplinary practice offering our Clients the specialist individual attention and solutions required by an ever-changing project environment.

Horizon Engineers & Contractors believes that teamwork is the key to success on every project and is responsible for creating this environment. The over-all project manager is duty-bound in ensuring efficient and regular communication to all stakeholders and at all levels.

We are the general constructor to deal with the construction of all the minor and major buildings, to undertake mega projects, development of colonies, housing societies, and infrastructure development projects. The company has already completed various projects across the country in Islamabad, KPK, Punjab and Sindh & has competitively placed in the fields of construction equipment and products, supplies and services.
